Returns
Our aim is to always have happy, satisfied customers who keep coming back! As such, our policy is to provide the most flexibility to our customers.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In general, an item maybe eligible for return and exchange/store credit within the 7 day return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is no longer applicable(not applicable on the Car Care* range of products and Gift Cards)
To be eligible for a return and exchange/store credit, all items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
*Car Care products and all formats air freshners including liquids, gels and organic cans such as, but not limited to, Wash & Wax, Wheel Cleaner, Glass Cleaners, Dash & Trim, tyre dresser, tyre shine, car shampoo, wind screen wash, cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged upon delivery.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
In certain cases, wherein the products are defective or damaged upon delivery, we will provide you a full refund once your return is received. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days of the refund approval. Please follow the same procedures mentioned above for returns to initiate a refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or with your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
